Founded in February 2018, the Brazil-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (CCBRALUX) emerges with the aim of supporting the integration of the Brazilian community in the Grand Duchy and fostering economic ties between the two countries.

The relations between Brazil and Luxembourg have intensified with the growing demand for Luxembourgish citizenship among Brazilians, leading to the inauguration of Luxembourg's Embassy in Brasília, the first in South America, also in 2018. These factors have invigorated the relationship between the two nations, facilitating the establishment of a diplomatic, commercial, and cultural bridge, ensuring a more visible and operational presence in both countries.

Attentive to market dynamics and the increasing interest of Brazilians in the financial and investment sectors, as well as other economic areas, a group of visionary Brazilians residing in Luxembourg, led by the official representative of Brazil in the country, saw an excellent opportunity to promote business partnerships and further foster bilateral interest between the two nations.

Under the guidance of André Bezerril (Honorary Consul of Brazil in the Grand Duchy), the Brazil-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, CCBRALUX, was born—an non-profit organization aiming to bring economic, cultural, and social benefits to both countries.

CCBRALUX brings together Brazilian, Luxembourgish, and international companies in an environment that transcends borders, generating valuable content and promoting informative events and business gatherings.

CCBRALUX's mission is to bridge the commercial gap between Brazil and Luxembourg, expanding the network of contacts and business opportunities.

The vision of CCBRALUX is to become the leading intermediary association for opportunities between Brazil and Luxembourg, always upholding citizenship, transparency, and ethics.

Integrity, collaboration, and a sense of community are the core values of CCBRALUX.

In November 2020, recognizing the value of the initiative and aiming for an expansion strategy to be closer to the Brazilian markets, CCBRALUX establishes its Brazilian branch, CCBRALUX Santa Catarina; the first of many planned branches in Brazil.

This endeavor entails intense collaboration and harmony, leveraging the potential of both countries and, above all, the competence of its active members.
